Refund Policy:

At the DG Shop, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Shipping Policy:

At the DG Shop, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shipping experience. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

We ship to all 50 states in the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.
